At Mystic Flavourz, we ensure every product reaches you fresh and in perfect condition. Since our products include perishable food items, refunds and returns are handled carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return
Products may be returned only if they are delivered in damaged, spoiled, or incorrect condition.
Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, partially consumed, or used products.
Products not stored as per the instructions provided.
3. Refund Process
Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In some cases, replacement will be provided instead of refund.
