Rajasthani Moonglet Batter is the base mixture used to prepare Moonglet, a popular street food from Rajasthan (especially Jaipur). Moonglet is like a fluffy pancake or cheela (savoury Indian crepe) made primarily with split yellow moong dal (mung beans). It’s crispy on the outside and soft, spongy inside—often called a “vegetarian omelette” because of its texture.
